Software Answers, Inc. was established in 1994 by Paul Chaffee and Scott Miller as an Information Technology consulting organization. It was founded on the principle that customers, business partners, and employees will perceive Software Answers as honest, technically competent, competitively priced, consistent, and easy to work with. During the course of our company growth, customer and employee satisfaction is still our primary goal.

Since its beginning, Software Answers, Inc. has always regarded training as a primary means of staying current in today's changing technological environment. Through our extensive research, we found that training is instrumental in staying ahead of the market and maintaining employees. Recognizing the importance of training led to the opening of our Microsoft Certified Technical Education Center (now Certified Partner for Learning Solutions, CPLS) in April, 1998.
