Microsoft Recognizes Continued High Level of Accomplishment on the Part of Software Answers, Inc.
Consultants by Requesting One Participate in the Development of a Certification Exam

Akron, OH — June 23, 2004 —Software Answers, Inc. is proud to announce that one of its consultants recently was selected to be involved in the development of a Microsoft Certified Professional examination.  Although the exact details of the process, and even the exact exam involved, are confidential, we are allowed to discuss our participation.  "This demonstrates how high our standard are for our consultants," said Paul Chaffee, President.  "This matches with our continued focus on keeping our staff on the cutting-edge of Microsoft technologies to assist our customers in the full utilization and continued improvement of their Information Technology infrastructure." 

One thing that was explictly brought up that the Certification team wanted to emphasize was that all exam comments entered by examinees are read and examined for future improvements.  They are tied to individual respondents, so be sure you know what you're saying - it will be read!
