Software Answers, Inc.'s home office and Training/Testing Center is located in the Crystal Pointe office building at the end of Montrose West Avenue in Copley, Ohio, just off of Interstate 77 at State Route 18 (see our directions). It features four classrooms and a certification testing room along with our Consulting and support offices.

Our training rooms include modern workstations seventeen-inch monitors, and spacious student work areas. For break times, we have two break areas with phones and free snacks and beverages.

In our certification testing room, our testing station is also equipped with a seventeen-inch monitor, allowing for easy viewing of test questions.
