We are seeking a candidate with a solid understanding of web-based development on Microsoft technologies who also has a passion for developing quality software applications.
 
Expectations of our Senior Application Developer
·         Increase product value by developing, coding, testing and debugging software applications
·         Interpreting customer requirements to improve the software applications
·         Work with others to understand and plan resolution to issues in existing software
 
Skills
·         Knowledge of ASP.NET Webforms, ,C#, SQL ,HTML, Javascript, jQuery, MVC, VB.Net
·         Understanding of web-based applications, object oriented programming, and relational database management systems
·         Enjoy solving problems and continually learning new technologies
·         Driven to accomplish individual goals

Experience

Systems Administrator I

Job Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Location: Brecksville, OH
Travel: Minimal
 
This new position offers you the opportunity to work as part our IT team. You will be setting up, maintaining, updating and troubleshooting the systems that support our staff as well as our customers using the latest technologies.  What an exciting time to experience the rewards and challenges of being part of a new initiative. You will expand your technical and support skills while serving a higher purpose of being able to enhance the student learning experience. 
 
Expectations of our Systems Administrator I
  • Assisting company employees with setting up and using computer systems and office equipment
  • Installing, updating, and troubleshooting computer systems
  • Ensuring system reliability and security while limiting vulnerabilities
  • Assisting customers/users with their questions and problems
  • Monitoring system performance
  • Planning and conducting software upgrades and backups in a controlled environment
  • Provide remote support for systems in multiple locations
  • Provide emergency on-call support coverage, when assigned
 
 
Skills
  • Ability to effectively use troubleshooting and technical skills
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and customer support skills
  • Perform work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Working knowledge and experience with local-area networks (LAN)
  • Wide-area networks (WAN)

Experience

Customer Technical Support Analyst II

Job Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Location: Brecksville, OH
Travel: Minimal
 
We are seeking a candidate with a passion for customer care who also has excellent verbal and written communication. One who finds both solving technical issues for our customers and assisting with training on how to use the ProgressBook suite enjoyable. You will work with an impressive team of professionals who are focused on listening to customer issues and troubleshooting their problems while being in an environment that is fun, innovative and productive. Our technical support position offers the opportunity to improve student learning by helping our customers use the ProgressBook suite software.
 
Expectations of our Customer Technical Support Analyst II
  • Providing second level technical support to customers/users to assist with their questions and problems
  • Researching issues within the time requirement for the designated priority level
  • Clearly and accurately communicating the status of customer issues throughout the support process to all relevant individuals
  • Creating and maintaining knowledge base articles of solutions to frequently asked questions or problems
  • Providing occasional on-call support coverage
 
Skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Teaching or public speaking experience would be a plus
 
Experience
  • College degree
  • Experience with SQL,CRM or similar technologies
  • Experience in troubleshooting software issues

Payroll and Benefit Coordinator
 
Job Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Location: Brecksville, OH
Travel: Minimal
 
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail oriented person interested in taking on challenges beyond payroll and benefits. You will be immersed in an environment with individuals that have passion for technology and K-12 education and one where hard work is encouraged yet interspersed with fun activities. This position requires high energy, a passion to deliver exceptional service to others, and the ability to multi-task.
 
Expectations of our Payroll and Benefit Coordinator
  • Performing weekly time, attendance and payroll processes
  • Building relationships with employees
  • Assist HR manager in obtaining statistics and information in renewal process of any health, life and retirement plans that benefit the company
  • Conduct benefits orientations and explain benefits to new hires
  • Maintaining an organized filing system
  • Being an excellent employment practices and benefits resource for our employees
  • Coordinating programs for employee recognition, fun and retention
 
 
Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
  • Knowledge and experience in benefit and payroll administration
  • Experience with ADP payroll system a plus
 
 
Experience
  • Strong self-motivation, and the ability to work both independently or with a team
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and proven accuracy
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Candidates must:
