Counselors, Homeroom and Locker Management

Students can be assigned a counselor, one or more homerooms (by homeroom term), and multiple lockers (including a primary locker). The student information system has several reports specifically for counselor, homeroom and locker information. Multiple reports allow filtering, sorting, and grouping by counselor, homeroom, and/or locker number. Reports are available in multiple report output formats.

Bulk assignment of counselors, homerooms, and lockers is available with multiple assignment methods and options. Key features and functionality include:

  • Ability to assign multiple homerooms to a student during the school year
  • Ability to assign multiple locker types to cover regular lockers, band and gym lockers
  • Ability to mass assign lockers to students with locations specific to a class location
  • Option to retain locker, homeroom and counselor assignments from year to year
  • Several options for locker assignment methods (grade level, homeroom, class period, alphabetically or randomly assigned)
  • Multiple locker combination series
  • Locker allocation and free locker availability reports
  • Many reports provide sort and selection options by counselor and homeroom assignments
