Inquiry, Reporting, and Data Extract

StudentInformation provides each educator, administrator and technology team member with a variety of ways to display, report and extract student, school, building and district information. Information in the student information system is available to each user typed based upon security privileges. For example, teachers see data pertaining to the students they teach, counselors view data for students assigned to them, staff members have appropriate access to view all students in a building or district.

Robust selection criteria allow users to filter student data for their own needs and display, print or extract to other applications. A shared student view page allows districts to provide access to each other to share data for students who are enrolled in both districts. The Upcoming Birthday report creates a list of birthdates for students for a designated time period. An assessment area provides test results for students to classroom teachers and administrators.

• For data that is extracted, other applications can include: MS Excel, MS Access, Filemaker Pro, SQL Server Reporting Services, Safari, Active Reports, and others to make customer reports.
