Student Enrollment and Contact Information

Detailed and easily accessible student demographic data are fully integrated with the sis software state reporting. Students can be registered, transferred, and withdrawn in StudentInformation multiple ways. Extensive demographic information can be entered and tracked by student. User defined fields can be used on the Student Profile to customize the additional data you wish to collect.

A full set of student reports are available in this student information system with multiple filtering, sorting, grouping, label, and report format options. Reports can be generated at the building or district level. Where applicable, reports include home school district functionality for vocational schools. Mass updates and exports are available to facilitate student updating and exporting data to 3rd party packages. VendorLink web services provides third-party software integration with StudentInformation.

Student data are fully integrated with the StudentInformation State Reporting module. The Student Profile tabs in StudentInformation are configured to capture state data according to the state record it is to be reported on.
