Q. How do I get to ProgressBook ParentAccess? I can’t find it on your web site.A. ProgressBook ParentAccess is not accessible through
www.ProgressBook.com. Your school district probably provides a link to ParentAccess from their district web site. If you cannot find the link on your district’s web site, contact your child’s school for specific instructions.
Q. I forgot my user name and password. What do I do?
A. If you have already entered your email address in your district's ParentAccess Web Site, from that ParentAccess login screen, you can request your login information be emailed to you. On the ParentAccess log in screen, click on the appropriate link under the login box to have your information emailed to you.
If you have not entered your email address in the ParentAccess Web Site, you must contact your child’s school to request your login information. Software Answers’ staff does not have access to student and parent login credentials.
